Are there any regulations on the operation of drum type plastic mixer ? What is the process?




Operation rules and procedures of drum type plastic mixer:

1. When feeding, it is strictly prohibited to put the head or hand between the hopper and the frame. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to reach into the mixing cylinder with hands or tools to pull out materials.

2. In the operation of drum concrete mixer, when the hopper rises, no one is allowed to stay or pass under the hopper; When it is necessary to repair or clean the pit under the hopper, the hopper should be lifted and locked with a chain or insert pin before maintenance and cleaning.
3. Feeding into the mixing cylinder should be carried out in operation. Adding new material should be carried out only after all the original concrete in the mixing cylinder is unloaded.
4. During operation, the mechanical operation should be observed. When there is abnormal sound or the bearing temperature rises too high, the machine should be shut down for inspection; When it is necessary to repair, the concrete in the mixing drum should be cleaned and then repaired.
5. The maximum particle size of aggregate added to the forced drum concrete mixer shall not exceed the allowed value, and the material should be prevented from sticking. At each stirring, the material added to the mixing tank should not exceed the specified feed capacity.
6. The clearance between the mixing blade of the forced drum concrete mixer and the bottom and side wall of the mixing drum should be regularly checked and confirmed to meet the regulations. When the clearance exceeds the standard, it should be adjusted in time. When the mixing blade wear exceeds the standard, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
7. After operation, the drum concrete mixer should be comprehensively cleaned; When the operator needs to enter the barrel, the power supply must be cut off or the fuse must be removed, the switch box must be locked, the "No closing" sign must be put up, and there should be a special person outside monitoring.
8. After operation, the hopper should be dropped to the bottom of the pit. When it needs to rise, the chain or latch should be fastened.
9. After winter operation, the water pump, water drain switch and water meter should be drained.

10. When the drum concrete mixer moves in the yard or is transported for a long distance, the hopper should be lifted to the top dead center and locked with the safety chain or latch.
