Industrial chillers are assembled from multiple machines and equipment such as condensers, evaporators, and compressors. 1. Improper cleaning: If the cooling system of the chiller accumulates too much dirt or impurities, it will affect the heat exchange effect and cause poor cooling effect.

2. Insufficient refrigerant

7. There is leakage in the refrigerant pipeline.

Solution: Use a leak detector to find out where the refrigerant leaks, and replenish the refrigerant after repairing to keep the operating pressure at about 0.5 MPa during refrigeration.

8. The air filter of the indoor unit is clogged.

Solution: Clean the air filter.
