Low temperature chiller applied to temperature control process in milk process

The low-temperature chiller is used in the milk process. It can be used as a cold source of the low-temperature cooling system to control the temperature of the production process and control the growth of bacteria within a certain speed. The low-temperature chiller can quickly cool down and cool down; to ensure a suitable temperature environment for milk production to ensure that milk is processed. Low temperature chillers play a vital role in the milk process to maintain the required temperature range during the process. And maintain the required temperature range during the different processing steps, thus ensuring the quality, hygiene and safety of the milk.

In milk processing and production, there are many low-temperature links involved. One of the most typical low-temperature applications is the cooling process of fresh milk in the milk collection system process. In this link, the fresh milk needs to be quickly cooled to 1 Below -4 degrees, otherwise it will be detrimental to the quality of milk.

The temperature control process of the application of low-temperature chiller in the milk process mainly includes the following steps:

1. Raw material pretreatment: Raw milk is preliminarily treated to remove foreign matter, bacteria and impurities. The temperature control in this step is mainly used for sterilization and pre-cooling.

2.Sterilization and heating: The milk is sterilized and heated to destroy harmful bacteria that may be present. Chillers are often used to provide cooling water or ice water, control the heating temperature, and ensure that the milk does not exceed the specified upper temperature limit during the heating process.

3. Cooling: The sterilized and heated milk needs to be cooled quickly to prevent bacteria from multiplying again. The chiller quickly cools the milk to the specified temperature range by providing cooling water or ice water.

4.Packaging: The cooled milk needs to be packaged for storage and transportation. The temperature control during the packaging process is mainly to maintain the freshness of the milk and prevent bacterial contamination.

The chiller can effectively control the temperature of milk by providing cooling water or ice water. For chillers, practical, energy-saving, and convenient refrigeration play an important role in the milk process. And low-temperature chillers are widely used in various industries such as large-scale food and beverage.
